Delete your Zen Myself account

You can delete your Zen Myself account and its data at any time, without contacting us:

Open the Zen Myself app and go to Settings (from your profile).
Tap Delete profile (in Bulgarian: Изтрий профила).
Confirm with your password, or with Apple or Google if you signed in with them.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, answers, favourites, collections, reminders and practice history are deleted straight away or irreversibly anonymised. Recordings of your own voice live only on your phone and are removed with the app.

What is kept

Payment records are kept only as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years).

If you cannot open the app

Email support@fromcode.com from the address of your account and ask for deletion. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Subscriptions

A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is billed by the store: cancel it there as well, because deleting the account does not stop the store from charging.
