Zen Myself Terms of Use

1. Who we are

The Zen Myself app ("the app") is provided by FROMCODE 119 EOOD ("we"), support@fromcode.com. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What the app offers

Daily affirmations chosen for your goals and mood, practice, reminders, widgets, and numerology and astrology readings (personal day, week, year, the Moon, your sky, readings for two).

The app is for inspiration and self-reflection. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice and does not replace a professional. If you feel unwell or are in crisis, contact a doctor or call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).

3. Your account

  • you must be at least 16 years old;
  • what you enter should be true as far as you know;
  • keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account;
  • you can delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Free version and Premium

  • the core features are free; some features, topics and readings need Premium;
  • Premium is a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play and charged by them under their terms;
  • the free trial costs nothing; unless you stop it at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts automatically;
  • the subscription renews automatically until you stop it in your App Store or Google Play settings (Settings → Manage subscription in the app takes you there);
  • refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules;
  • Premium can also be unlocked for a while with a friend's code.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If you start using Premium straight after buying it, you expressly agree that the service begins before that period ends, and you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been fully provided. Refund requests go to Apple or Google.

6. Content

  • the affirmations, texts, drawings and looks are ours or used under licence; you may share them for personal, non-commercial use;
  • your own affirmations stay yours; you allow us to store them and show them only to you, so the app works.

7. Not allowed

Using the app for unlawful purposes, entering other people's data without a reason to, trying to break its security, or scraping its content automatically.

8. Liability

The app is provided "as is". We take care to keep it running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on affirmations or readings. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; for significant changes we will tell you in the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

10. Law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court. You can also turn to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
