Cookies Policy

This page explains what zenmyself.com stores in your browser and why. Last updated: 14 October 2026.

What we use

We keep this to a minimum. The site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The Zen Myself app itself is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Necessary (always on)

- fc_csrf: a security cookie that protects forms against forged requests. Deleted when you close the browser. - _fc_privacy_consent: remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner, so we don't ask again. - fc-privacy-visitor: a random id, not linked to your name or email, that lets us keep a record of your consent choice as the law requires. - fc-cookie-consent-display: remembers whether the banner's settings are open, for this visit only.

Analytics (only if you allow it)

- We measure visits with our own analytics, hosted in the EU. It records pages viewed, the referring site, country and device type. We never sell this data or share it with advertisers. - Without your consent, no identifier is stored in your browser: a visit is counted using a salted one-way code that changes every day. - With your consent, _fc_analytics_vid is stored in your browser so we can tell a returning visitor from a new one.

Your choices

- Change your choice at any time with "Manage" in the cookie banner or on this page. - You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Necessary cookies are needed for the site to work properly.
